This software basically just simplifies creation of the design for the shirts and formats the design for printing on T-shirt transfer paper you can purchase at any office supply store or wherever specialty printing papers are sold. Therefore the biggest differentiators are:

Tools: what you can do with the design
Content: "On board" templates, images, fonts, etc.
Compatibility: Types of files you can import.
Support: You shouldn't expect much in the way of support from software that is this inexpensive. If you run into trouble, you'll probably "be on your own".
